Maintenance covers technical support and application upgrades and is included in your subscription. We do not support old versions of our applications, so please ensure you use the latest version before contacting support.
This depends on the product plan. Standard allows activation on a single machine, Pro allows up to two machines.
Each client company needs a separate license if you would like to install our software on their machines. If you are doing all the work for them from your own machines, you need as many licenses as there are users.
Please use a credit card, our system is fully automated for that.
